We do not request sensitive personal data, nor do we process it if received except with your explicit written consent and strictly to the extent required for service delivery. Confidential dispute or litigation documents must not be submitted via website forms prior to executing a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
3. Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it solely to the extent necessary with instructors assigned to your program, the partner law firm when requesting legal services, processors acting on our behalf (payment gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt, banks, hosting, email, and WhatsApp service providers) bound by strict contractual data protection obligations, and judicial or government entities when required by law.
5. Certificate Verification Page
Entering a certificate number displays only the holder's name, program, certificate category, issuance date, and validity status. You may request to withhold your certificate from public verification display.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
We do not transfer data outside the Arab Republic of Egypt—including to Saudi Arabia when delivering programs there—except to a jurisdiction ensuring a protection level not less than that prescribed by law, and in full compliance with authorizations and standards issued by the Personal Data Protection Center.
7. Retention Period
We retain personal data for the duration necessary to achieve its stated purposes: service inquiries for 24 months from last contact; contract and payment records for the statutory periods mandated by commercial and tax laws; certificate records for the verification lifespan; recruitment applications for 12 months; and marketing records until consent revocation. Data is thereafter erased or irreversibly anonymized.
8. Your Legal Rights
Pursuant to the law, you have the right to: know, access, and obtain your data; withdraw consent; rectify, update, or erase data; restrict processing to a specified scope; be notified of any security breach; object to processing that infringes fundamental rights; and submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Center. To exercise any right, contact us at info@lawsuit-eg.com with the subject "Data Protection"; we respond within the statutory timeframe set by the Executive Regulations.
9. Data Security
We enforce appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including end-to-end encrypted transmission, tiered access controls, and strict confidentiality agreements with personnel and trainers. In the event of a data breach, we notify the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours, and notify you within three business days of notifying the Center.
